Assist the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing daily spa, wellness, and fitness operations
Supervise and support spa therapists, fitness coaches, beauticians, and wellness staff
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest requests professionally
Manage staff training, scheduling, performance, and departmental communication
Monitor inventory, retail sales, equipment, and facility standards
Coordinate wellness, spa, and fitness services to maintain operational excellence
Oversee operations in the absence of the Spa & Wellness Manager
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa/wellness environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
Must be minimum Asst. Spa Manager or Spa Manager with prior luxury cruise or 5-star lux hotel experience
Strong leadership, guest service, and team management skills
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and cross-selling of spa products and services
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
