Assist group leaders and coordinate group-related services
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Promote onboard activities and support embarkation/disembarkation
Previous experience in cruise, hospitality, customer service, or entertainment
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in Chinese and English (B1/B2 or above)
Japanese, Korean, Russian, or another third language is an advantage
